1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the WISHKI platform (via website or mobile application), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the user) and WISHKI (owner and operator of WISHKI).
2. Platform Overview
WISHKI is a real estate-focused social networking platform where users can:
•Register as individual users
•Create and manage multiple accounts (individual or business)
•Post and browse properties, projects, requirements, news, and events
•Communicate through messaging and collaboration tools
•Build professional networks and interact in a social-media-like environment
WISHKI does not operate as a real estate broker or intermediary. All interactions and transactions between users are independent.
3. Eligibility
To use WISHKI, you must:
•Be at least 18 years old
•Be capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law
•Provide accurate, complete, and verified information during registration
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe your account violates these eligibility criteria.
4. User Accounts & Access
•Each user must register with a valid mobile number and/or email ID.
•A single user can create multiple accounts under their profile (e.g., personal and business).
•Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
•All actions under your account are your responsibility.
We may suspend or restrict access in case of suspected unauthorized use, violation of terms, or security concerns.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use WISHKI only for lawful and appropriate purposes. You must not:
•Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or content
•Violate the privacy, rights, or intellectual property of others
•Upload viruses, malware, or disruptive content
•Spam, harass, abuse, or impersonate other users
•Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
•Use bots or automated scripts to interact with the platform
Violation of this clause may result in account suspension or termination without notice.
6. Content and Posts
You may post various types of content on WISHKI (property listings, events, news, etc.). You acknowledge that:
•You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your content.
•You retain ownership of your content, but grant WISHKI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, use, and distribute it within the platform.
•WISHKI reserves the right to remove content that violates laws, terms, or community standards.
7. Messaging and Collaboration
•You may interact with users via chat, comments, or group discussions.
•Communication must remain respectful and professional.
•WISHKI provides basic moderation tools (block, report, delete), but does not monitor every message.
•Abuse of messaging features may result in restriction or ban.
8. Listings, Requirements, and Matchings
WISHKI uses smart algorithms to match listings with user requirements. However:
•We do not verify the authenticity of listings, projects, or user claims.
•Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into agreements or transactions.
•WISHKI is not liable for any financial, legal, or personal disputes that arise from user-to-user interactions.
9. Privacy
Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using WISHKI, you agree to our data collection, use, and sharing practices as outlined in the policy.
10. Intellectual Property
•The WISHKI name, logo, design, and all platform-related materials are the property of WISHKI.
•Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify platform elements without written consent.
•Content posted by users remains their own, but must not infringe on third-party rights.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate user access under the following circumstances:
•Violation of these Terms
•Posting prohibited content
•Security threats or fraudulent activity
•Non-cooperation with moderation or verification procedures
Users can also delete their accounts at any time via the platform.
12. Limitation of Liability
WISHKI is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee:
•Accuracy of listings, matches, or posts
•Continuous availability or error-free operation
•Outcome of interactions between users
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WISHKI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WISHKI, its affiliates, and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
•Your use of the platform
•Your violation of these Terms
•Your content or interactions with other users
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. If we do, we'll notify users via email or in-app alert. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
